The Compact Triple about a pound lighter then the Quad Mount Pro and still can hold up to 12 pounds of force. the Compact Triple is on the smaller side of mounts meant for lower speeds (under 150mph). The Compact Triple comes with a metal pole thats not meant to be still. if you want the smoothest footage the carbon pole will be better.
